We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund.

To request a refund, provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include a photo so we can make it right.

Because our products are 3D printed, slight layer lines, minor color variations, and small surface differences are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

For custom-designed products, customers are responsible for confirming that all submitted measurements, specifications, and design requirements are accurate. Refunds may not be available when a product was manufactured correctly according to customer-approved dimensions or specifications.
