Return Policy

All Midplane Designs products are custom designed or made to order.

Because each product is manufactured specifically for the customer, orders are generally not returnable or refundable once production has begun. Custom orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has begun, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all dimensions, specifications, quantities, materials, colors, fit requirements, and other design details before production. Products manufactured correctly according to customer-approved specifications are not considered defective and are not eligible for a refund because of an incorrect measurement, specification, or change in the customer’s requirements.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially differs from the approved specifications, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Because our products are 3D printed, slight layer lines, minor color variations, and small surface differences are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
